This is a critical issue for maintaining quality of care. We’re considering making AI-related continuing education a requirement for license renewal. Thoughts on this approach?

We’ve had success with micro-learning modules – short, focused lessons that professionals can complete in their spare time. Maybe we could develop a standardized series of these?
