Description: This group focuses on the active phase of bringing an AI solution into operational use. It covers the technical, process, and change management challenges involved in seamlessly embedding AI into clinical and administrative workflows.

Intended Use: For sharing practical guidance, lessons learned, and problem-solving strategies related to the actual deployment, configuration, and integration of AI systems with existing IT infrastructure (e.g., EHRs, PACS, lab systems) and human workflows.

Limitations:
No General IT Infrastructure Management: While IT will be heavily involved, detailed discussions on ongoing, broad IT system architecture or cybersecurity operations (not specific to an AI project implementation) belong in “IT & Infrastructure Management” (1.4). This group focuses on integrating a specific AI solution.
